Elon Musk’s Paternity Saga Continues: Child Support Battle with Ashley St. Clair Intensifies

Elon Musk, the billionaire entrepreneur and Tesla CEO, has found himself at the center of yet another paternity controversy. Weeks after conservative influencer Ashley St. Clair announced that she had given birth to Musk’s 13th child, she has now accused him of significantly reducing child support payments. The unfolding drama has once again put Musk’s personal life under the media spotlight.

Ashley St. Clair Accuses Musk of Cutting Child Support:

In a video published by the Daily Mail on March 31, Ashley St. Clair was seen outside her Manhattan apartment handing over the keys to her $100,000 Tesla, reportedly due to financial constraints. She told a reporter, “I need to make up for the 60 percent cut that Elon made to our son’s child support.”

When asked if she believed Musk was acting “vindictively” towards her, Ashley provided a cryptic yet pointed response:

“Well, that’s his modus operandi, when women speak out. You can check the stocks, I’m not the only one who is cleaning up after his messes.”

The statement suggests that she sees a pattern in Musk’s dealings with women who challenge him publicly.

Elon Musk Responds: Questions Paternity but Claims Support:

Shortly after the video surfaced, Musk addressed the controversy on his social media platform X (formerly Twitter). In a response to a clip of the interview, the 53-year-old billionaire expressed uncertainty regarding the child’s paternity.

“I don’t know if the child is mine or not, but am not against finding out. No court order is needed.”

While Musk did not confirm whether he had decreased child support payments, he did disclose the amount he had already provided to Ashley.

“Despite not knowing for sure, I have given Ashley $2.5M and am sending her $500k/year.”

This revelation adds another layer of complexity to the dispute, as Musk claims he is financially supporting the child while simultaneously questioning paternity.

Ashley’s Initial Announcement: Musk is the Father

Ashley St. Clair first revealed the existence of her child in February through a post on X. She stated that she had given birth five months prior and that Musk was the father.

“Elon Musk is the father. I have not previously disclosed this to protect our child’s privacy and safety, but in recent days it has become clear that the tabloid media intends to do so, regardless of the harm it will cause.”

Following her announcement, Ashley filed for sole custody of the child, emphasizing her desire to provide a stable and private environment for the infant.

“I intend to allow our child to grow in a normal and safe environment. For that reason, I ask that the media honor our child’s privacy, and refrain from invasive reporting.”

Musk’s Expanding Family: Another Child with Shivon Zilis

Just weeks after Ashley’s revelation, Musk was once again in the news for welcoming another child—his fourth—with Neuralink executive Shivon Zilis. In a post on X, Zilis introduced their son, Seldon Lycurgus, calling him “built like a juggernaut, with a solid heart of gold.”

This new addition brings Musk’s known child count to 14—if Ashley’s claims of paternity hold true.
